All orders shipped via DHL can take between 2-10 days for shipping. 
We do not insure any international orders. We are not responsible for any lost items when shipping OUTSIDE of Nigeria.

International orders may be subject to a tax or an extra fee by customs. We do not under any circumstances cover that fee. International customers take full liability for that cost, if your country charges one.
When customer purchases, they are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Under no circumstances will these terms and conditions be adjusted for international orders. (Any orders shipping outside of Nigeria). 

Studio Concierge has no control over what your country may charge for Import Duties or Customs Fees. Studio Concierge is not responsible for any additional fees that are charged by DHL or shipping or processing fees. If you decline to pay for the customs or duties fees, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs including return shipping and will have the remainder balance as STORE CREDIT. No refunds will be issued.

If the item you ordered is needed by a specific time frame, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order so we can best accommodate your request.
